The Merton Hotel has just completed another £1m refurbishment programme of 86 bedrooms and offers guests the use of the fabulous Aquadome which now includes the UK’s first Flowrider®. The hotel known as “Jersey’s favourite family hotel” has placed particular emphasis on investing in facilities for children and parents over the years and includes various kids clubs, a crèche, a variety of restaurants suited to all tastes and ages and an assortment of family rooms. For local guests we continue to run the ever popular Dip and Dine on a Sunday giving locals the opportunity to use the facilities of the Aquadome followed by a sumptuous Sunday lunch carvery in the Belvedere restaurant.
The Watersplash beach bar and diner located at the heart of St Ouen’s Bay, is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, a snack or a cool beer. The Diner is aimed at surfers, families, visitors to the beach, locals and tourists alike and all are welcome. Our menu reflects the relaxed atmosphere of beach dining with a great selection of pastas, salads, main dishes, sandwiches, fresh seafood and a children’s menu. All this whilst taking in the ever changing spectacular views of St Ouen’s Bay.
