Paradigm is a Jersey-based independent financial services
distribution company which is staff-owned and markets the products
& services of five boutique fund managers.
It was very often the large, global institutions who dominated
the world of financial services at the expense of the boutique,
esoteric fund managers.
However, in today's complex and challenging marketplace it is
often these smaller organisations, who are characteristically more
focused on their specialist area and who are empowered, usually by
a culture of staff-ownership and staff-investment, to deliver
strong absolute and relative investment returns.
It is Paradigm's aim to identify such specialist, innovative
fund managers, as described above, those who we believe add &
create real investment value and then bring them to the attention
of our world-wide network of contacts of financial
professionals.
